Some want to feel better about the way they look and give their self-esteem a boost, while others aim to stop using food as a coping mechanism for emotional struggles. I used an app called my fitness pal, it made my health easy to understand, and I believed in the progress it provides.

There aren’t words for how amazing it feels to eat healthy and how much it has altered my life! I’ve lost body fat and gained so much confidence. I will never look back.”
A couple I things I follow strictly is drinking water causes it helps with weight loss. Eating whole eggs can have all sorts of benefits, including helping you lose weight. Green tea has great benefits and is amazing for the body.
Intermittent fasting is very effective for weight loss as a continuous calorie restriction.
Added sugar is one of the worst ingredients in the modern diet. I used to consume way too much, can’t help it cause I love baking. But cutting down on sugar and replacing it with a healthier alternative is good. I keep healthy food nearby that helps me prevent from eating something unhealthy if I become excessively hungry. Snacks that are easily portable and simple to prepare include whole fruits, nuts, baby carrots, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs.
Also, a goodnight sleep is just as important as eating healthy and exercising.
