Both tea and coffee are common beverages with health benefits as they are a good source of certain nutrients and antioxidants. Tea consists of phytochemicals called catechins, whereas green coffee possesses chlorogenic acid. Both these chemicals are antioxidant and prove beneficial for health. But excess of both is harmful.
