We commonly use these three words interchangeably, but they do have different meanings as explained below- Organic foods: They are grown without the use of artificial pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides. They are the only food that can guarantee no toxic in it, and no antibiotics or hormones are given to animals. Natural foods: They are grown naturally without the interference of any synthetic or artificial ingredients or additives. Conventional food: Conventional food is produced using chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and chemical herbicides. In the case of animal rearing, they use antibiotics and growth hormones.
