Snack bars are the generally consumed bar chocolates. They are rich in carbohydrates and sugar and provide an energy boost to the person. These can be eaten as snacks i.e. anytime. They are however very different from the protein bars. Protein bars have a high content of proteins and even can be used as a replacement of a meal as they are full of hidden ingredients such as chemicals, sugar alcohols, and other unhealthy fillers. They are extremely high in calories and can’t be taken as a snack diet.
