Order Cancellation:

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on info@wellcurve.in or call us on +918882194450 In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 4-5 working days after the cancellation request. Once order is dispatched no cancellation will be entitled nor any modification in orders will be made.

Return & Refund Policy: What products cannot be returned

  1. Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products;
  2. Electronic items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc within 10 days of receipt of the product;
  3. Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;
  4. Brand packaging should be intact;
  5. Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.

Full refund or exchange of a product bought on our website is possible if

  1. The product is damaged or there have been some breakages during transport.
  2. The product has an expiry of less than 1 months.
  3. The product is lost during in transit.

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances and bank’s policy. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or any 3rd party wallet please allow 5 -7 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
