4 Return & Refund Policy: What products cannot be returned
- Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products;
- Electronic items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc within 10 days of receipt of the product;
- Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;
- Brand packaging should be intact;
- Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
A Full Refund Possible only If:
- you received a defective item;
- the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
- the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
Refund amount will be credited into your original payment method except Cash on Delivery.
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify the wellcurve Customer Support immediately or within 3 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that wellcurve.in will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 3 working days of receipt.
